History

Welcome to Camp Riverview, a place with a rich history and a cherished memory!

Once a small 7 cabin fishing resort in the 80's, then transformed into a horse camp, the land Camp Riverview exists on was affectionally known as "The Quiet Place".  After years of searching for the perfect property, Jennifer & Brent McKee's realtor sent them the listing for the property in Boulter and it was love at first site! Immediately they recognized its incredible potential. With it's expansive shoreline and lush forest, surrounded by 1000's of acres of crown land the site quickly became the perfect home for Camp Riverview. They visited the site and they knew before they got out of the car that this was it! Within months, Camp Riverview began to take shape as they installed docks, built a riverside gazebo, assembled kayak racks and transformed buildings into inviting breakout spaces.

With so much building still to happen, they can't wait to see Camp Riverview flourish into its full potential in the years to come!

Meet the Animals

Conveniently located right next to Camp Riverview is McKee Valley Farm, also owned and operated by Jennifer and Brent McKee. Here, campers will get a chance to immerse themselves in the vibrant life of the farm, interacting with friendly animals like chickens, ducks, goats, and highland cows. Experience hands-on learning about animal care, gather fresh eggs for cooking classes, and discover the fascinating process of honey-making right from the hive.

Meet Maya

Maya was born in the summer of 2024 and is a purebred blue heeler. She is friendly, spunky, and loves children of all ages. She has become accustomed to life at camp and loves having tons of friends to play with every week. She is an excellent farm dog, tending to and keeping a watchful eye over all the animals at the farm.

Meet Jake

Jake is our old boy, reaching the grand age of 16 this year! Jake loves the outdoors and was thrilled to move to the new property and have 100's of acres to explore, although you will almost always find him hanging out in the river. Jake has been surrounded by children his entire life and enjoys gentle pets and belly rubs, but mostly minds his own business as he wanders the property keeping a watchful eye.
